Our 2013 Red Hills Estate Pinot Noir leads with layers of black cherries and hibiscus tea, blood orange peel and citrus flowers. The broad, juicy palate of pomegranate is spiced with cinnamon bark, cardamom and hints of vanilla with a savory undertone. The fleshy finish is framed with balanced acidity and offers notes of fine cocoa and wild raspberry as it lingers and evolves.
Our Dundee Hills Chardonnay embodies everything we’ve come to revere about this noble variety. The wine’s pronounced acidity is beautifully countered by an approachable freshness in the form of peach, nectarine, and candied citrus flavors. The warm nature of the Dundee Hills appellation affords a slightly round, rich texture, pulled taut by the highly influential volcanic soils and their signature offering of brightness and minerality.
Our 2018 Archer’s Edge Pinot Noir offers bouquet brimming with iconic northern Willamette Valley aromatics. Woodsy, rustic and spicy, the nose is pulled straight from a drizzly hike though an old growth forest, with hints of bramble, candied berries, mushroom, and lavender stem. The ruby hue captures the eye while the palate wanders smoothly into the dark fruit spectrum, with flavors like plum, black cherry, and fig. An enveloping wine, the Archer’s Edge is simultaneously expansive and refined.

Showcasing the Willamette Valley’s propensity for earthy, spicy Pinot Noir, this wine is berry driven and brambly. A friendly waft of dried cinnamon and lavender leads to juicy fresh raspberry and decidedly darker fruit flavors. Made from 40 percent whole-cluster fruit, the 2017 is round and neatly integrated, and—while gorgeous in its current state—is built for longevity.
The 2013 Looney Vineyard Pinot Noir opens expansively and expressively with lifted aromas of fresh blueberry, crushed mulberry, grenadine, citrusy Satsuma mandarin and a hint of crushed stone. The bouquet is echoed in the palate, entering with wild strawberry, ground oats and blueberry syrup. Crisp acidity gives the wine a vibrant, refreshing quality as citrus notes emerge, joined by hits of bramble and clove, and lingering through the lasting, round finish.
Aromatically, the wine is boisterous and full of harmony, drawing on every fetching fragrance from the volcanic Red Hills. Equal parts rhubarb, clove, graham cracker, bay leaf, rose water, and carnation sync to provide a layered nose. On the palate, the wine shows fine, cocoa-like tannins with deep, marinated black currant flavors and a savory, dramatic finish. Flexing robust flavor while still offering restraint, this wine is a telling glimpse of a remarkable 2018 vintage.

The 2017 growing season’s cool, elongated final stretch was music to Chardonnay’s ears. The resulting wine is richly textured, with subtle oaky and creamy notes atop pure and persistent underlying fruit flavors. Jasmine, flint, pistachio, and curry leaf aromatics dissolve into bright citrus flavors followed by stone fruit, kaffir lime, and lemon curd. A pronounced acidity runs the entire length of this enduring Chardonnay.
